この後の下地処理や塗装、ディテールアップを行いやすくするため、最初にメッキをすべて除去しておきます。

This provides a clean surface for the subsequent preparation, painting, and detail enhancement, ensuring a better overall finish.

キットではインジェクターの形状が実車とは異なるうえ、配線類も一切再現されていません。このため、実車資料を参考にしながら各部をできる限り作り直し、より実車に近いディテールへ仕上げていきます。
This shows the assembly after it has been installed on the engine.
The injector shape differs from that of the real car, and none of the associated wiring is represented in the kit. Using reference material as a guide, I will rework these areas as much as possible to achieve a more accurate and realistic appearance.

こちらがキットに付属するインジェクターです。基本的な形状は再現されていますが、実車と比較すると細部の造形やディテールが簡略化されているため、一から作り直すことにしました。
The first step is to begin work on the fuel injectors.
These are the injector parts supplied with the kit. While they capture the basic shape, the finer details are greatly simplified compared with the real car. To achieve a more accurate result, I decided to rebuild the injectors from scratch.
インジェクターは3D CADで設計し、3Dプリンターを使用して製作することにしました。
実車資料を参考に形状や寸法を見直し、キットでは再現されていないディテールも盛り込むことで、より実車に近い仕上がりを目指します。
The fuel injectors were designed in 3D CAD and produced using a 3D printer.
Using reference material from the real car, the shape and proportions were refined, and details omitted from the kit were incorporated to create a much more accurate representation.
3Dプリンターで製作したインジェクターのパーツを塗装し、組み立てていきます。
各パーツを塗り分けながら質感の違いを表現し、細かなディテールを組み合わせることで、実車に近い精密な仕上がりを目指します。
The 3D-printed injector components are painted and assembled.
Each part is finished separately to reproduce the different material textures, then carefully assembled to create a highly detailed representation that closely matches the real injectors.
インジェクターは、外側用を12個、形状の異なる内側用を12個製作しました。
キットのパーツと比べて実車に近い形状となり、全体の雰囲気もよりリアルになったと思います。
A total of 24 injectors were produced: 12 outer injectors and 12 inner injectors with a different design.
Compared with the original kit parts, the new injectors more closely match the shape of the real components, giving the engine a much more convincing overall appearance.
