フロントのカバーカウルメタル製です。仮組みを行い、しっかり収まる様に整形していきます。

It is test-fitted and carefully shaped so that it fits properly in place.
リアのサイドパネルも仮組みを行い、正確な位置に収まるよう修正していきます。
The rear side panels are also test-fitted and adjusted to ensure they fit accurately in position.
取り付け部分が弱いので、真鍮棒を使って補強しておきます。
Since the mounting points are rather fragile, they are reinforced with brass rods.
リアのサイドパネルの大まかな修正作業が完了しました。
The major corrections to the rear side panels have now been completed.
リアカウルを装着して修正箇所をチェックします。カウルの収まりは全体的に良好ですが、塗装の厚みを考慮してクリアランスを確保するため、少し削って調整しておきます。
The rear cowl is installed to check for any areas that still need adjustment.
The overall fit of the cowl is good, but considering the thickness of the paint, a small amount of material is removed to ensure proper clearance.
クリアランスの調整が完了したら最終の位置合わせを行い、アンダートレイに固定用ビスの穴を開けておきます。
After the clearance adjustments are completed, the final alignment is checked and holes for the mounting screws are drilled in the undertray.
これでボディ全体の整形作業が完了しました。
With this, the overall shaping of the body has been completed.
