This section is composed of a combination of white metal and resin parts.
ブレーキディスクの表面はラジアルブリッスルブラシで研磨し、滑らかな表面になるよう整えます。
The surfaces of the brake discs are polished and refined using a radial bristle brush to achieve a smoother finish.
次にリアホイールハブの製作に入ります。モールドされているボルトディテールを削り取り、交換するボルト用の下穴を開けた後、表面を磨き出して整えます。
Next, I begin work on the rear wheel hubs.
The molded-on bolt details are removed, pilot holes are drilled for replacement bolts, and the parts are polished to refine the surface.
研磨して表面処理を行ったホイールハブに、ディテールアップ用のボルトを取り付けます。
After polishing and completing the surface preparation, high-detail bolts are installed on the wheel hubs.
ブレーキディスクを塗装し、ホイールハブに取り付けます。わずかに摩耗したような質感になるよう塗装で表現しています。フロント側も同様の方法で製作しておきます。
The brake discs are painted and mounted onto the wheel hubs.
Subtle paintwork is applied to suggest a slightly worn surface.
The front assemblies are prepared in the same manner.
最後に仕上げとして、ブレーキディスクの外周部を塗装します。
Finally, the outer edge of the brake discs is painted to complete the finish.
