まずダンパーマウントプレートを塗装します。
乾燥後にカーボンデカールを貼り、クリアーで仕上げます。
First, the damper mounting plate is painted.
After it has dried, carbon decals are applied and the surface is finished with a clear coat.
プッシュロッドは磨き出しを行い、その後カーボンデカールで仕上げます。
The pushrods are polished, then finished with carbon decals.
プッシュロッドに接続する配線を自作して追加します。
Wiring connected to the pushrods is scratch-built and added.
左右のインボードダンパーを加工して製作します。
The left and right inboard dampers are modified and assembled.
製作したダンパーをダンパーマウントプレートに取り付けます。
The assembled dampers are installed on the damper mounting plate.
リザーバータンクを取りつけホースや配線を追加します。
The reservoir tank is installed, and hoses and wiring are added.
次に、製作しておいたダンパーマウントプレートをモノコックに取り付けます。
その後、プッシュロッドを取り付け、配線も追加します。
Next, the assembled damper mounting plate is installed onto the monocoque.
The pushrods are then fitted, and wiring is also added.
